Open Evening

Our Open Evening event is an opportunity for prospective students to visit the school and gather information about what we have to offer.

Each session includes a 30 minute talk by the Headteacher and students, followed by the opportunity to have a full tour of the school to visit different subject areas. Ambassadors and staff will be around all evening to answer any questions.

Sessions available:

5:00 pm - Headteacher Talk (30 minutes), followed by a tour of the school
6:00 pm - Headteacher Talk (30 minutes), followed by a tour of the school
7:00 pm - Headteacher Talk (30 minutes), followed by a tour of the school

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your ticketed session. All ticket holders must attend the talk at the allocated session time before taking the tour.

Due to the limited number of tickets available, this event is open exclusively to current Year 5's interested in attending the school applying for entry September 2026. No other year groups will be able to attend, however all the information provided, including the Headteachers talk will be made available on our website. Please check after the event for details.

You must book a ticket if you would like to attend this event, one ticket is required per person and tickets are limited to two per household. All students must be accompanied by an adult who is either a parent or guardian (they must also hold a ticket), though it is possible for two parents or guardians to attend this event in lieu of the student. If anybody has any difficulty attending the event with these restrictions, please email admissions@townleygrammar.org.uk

Please note that there is no on-site parking for this event and limited public parking in the surrounding area. However, the car parks in Bexleyheath Broadway only a short walk to the school. Blue badge holders should contact the school ahead of the event by emailing: admin@townleygrammar.org.uk

In the event we need to cancel or amend the open evening, please provide your email address so that we can contact you. Be sure to check the website regularly for any updates.

Once you have received the confirmation of booking notification, the booking is complete; you do not need to enter further details from the landing page.

There will also be Open Mornings for Parents/Carers and their daughters to view the school; exact dates for the Open Mornings (in October) will be published on this webpage later in the summer.
