Open Evening reminder – Early finish and late start
As previously communicated, school will finish early on Wednesday 2^nd July, at 2.30pm.  With a large proportion of the school community taking part and showcasing the school we will also have a late start on Thursday 3^rd July. Students are to be in school for registration at 10am. Please note that bus services have been informed of these changes.

Warm Weather School Uniform Change - week beginning Monday 30th June
Please note that school blazers will not be required in school next week due to the very hot temperatures expected.

Updating Student Address and GP information
It is crucial for us to have your most current contact information, especially your home address and your child's up-to-date GP surgery details. This information is vital for us to ensure your child's health, safety, and for safeguarding purposes. Please update any changes to your address or GP surgery promptly via the Arbor Parent Portal or Parent App.

For address changes, please ensure you add a new address rather than editing the existing one. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this by clicking the link provided here.

Forgotten items
We understand that from time to time students may forget to bring in items from home and we appreciate parents supporting them by dropping off items to our reception team.  However, with a large school population and a large site, it can sometimes be challenging to reunite students with their belongings quickly.  Our team work extremely hard to facilitate this but at busy times, and if email alerts are not picked up, this can be a challenge.  We would kindly ask parents to be mindful and only deliver essential items when needed.  Thank you for your ongoing support.

Summer Day Camps
Barracudas Activity Day Camps are running sessions throughout the summer break and have asked us to share the attached flyer.
