Medical Welfare Officer

Townley Grammar School is an academically selective and socially responsible girls’ state grammar school with a coeducational Sixth Form. We are seeking to appoint a proactive and dedicated Medical Welfare Officer to play a key role in promoting the health and well-being of our students. We believe that a healthy child is a happy and successful learner, and this role is crucial in supporting this ethos.
As our medical Welfare Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical support, and administering first aid to managing long-term health conditions and contributing to as positive and healthy school environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, enthusiastic, and committed Medical Welfare Officer who thrives on hard work and enjoys a challenging but rewarding role. You will be responsible for coordinating and administrating first aid and medical care at Townley Grammar School, whilst supporting the Headteacher and Staff.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with understanding of GDPR. Candidates must be team players and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, ambitious, and inspirational Teacher of Economics to join our exciting and successful department. The successful candidate will possess expert subject knowledge and must be able to teach all Key Stages, including GCSE and A Level.
