ECT Programme
At Townley we work with Thames South to deliver the ECT full Induction using materials from UCL. Sessions are delivered face to face or virtually by Thames South. ECTs also have a weekly meeting with their school mentor.
Additional sessions specific to Townley setting are offered to all ECTs covering training on pastoral practice, professional standards, EDI and managing marking.
Townley's experienced and empathetic staff have allowed me to relish the challenges being an ECT while constantly feeling supported.
