TWIST & SHOUT! DANCE SHOWCASE 2008

Dancers from Townley Grammar School are showcasing their talents this January in their latest production.  Twist & Shout! is a celebration of an eclectic mix of Beatles hits from Imagine to Live & Let Die and features dancers from years 7 through to 13. 

This Beatle spectacular coincides with a 50 year celebration of  hits from the lads from Liverpool and the songs have been chosen to commemorate this and highlight the talents of all the girls.  

Although not all the dancers are familiar with the back catalogue of hits from the fab four, after months of rehearsals it is difficult to stop them from singing in the school corridors at the moment!    

Everyone has worked incredibly hard towards this production and we hope to get people twisting in the aisles and tapping their toes along to some familiar tunes.
