Townley Equestrian Team took part in their first inter-schools team dressage competition during May half term at Bedgbury Equestrian centre. 

Holly Tavender (Yr9) and Rosie Tavender (Yr8) were competing in dressage for their first time, and both did two dressage 'tests' - one team and one individual.

Amber Mitchell (Yr11) was our senior team rider who also did one team and one individual test.

We came away with fantastic results:

Holly Tavender : 4th place in her individual test and 5th place in her team test.
Rosie Tavender: 7th place in both tests (just missed out on a rosette, but a great result)
Amber Mitchell : 4th place in both tests

This meant that our team finished in overall 6th place in the Kent County Dressage Championship Competition which is a fantastic achievement for the girls on their first ever team outing!
